FCM Travel Solutions Vietnam is looking for Business Development Manager Executive

Business Development role is to acquire new corporate travel business in accordance to target set. Implement and process to develop corporate relationships with key decision makers in organizations to create new sales opportunities through corporate networking, cold calling, events, client profiling. Beside the role to manage the relationship between FCM and the client. These clients will be provided with an integrated travel management program in accordance with an agreed service level agreement. The purpose is also to drive client profitability, retention of accounts and grow the number of FCM services provided to the client.

Accountability - Job requirements:
* Achieve of new business targets monthly & year to year
* Business Development & Acquisition and maintain multi level client relationship
* Sales process
* Drive client compliance & growth
* Develop & execute a travel cost management business plan detailing objectives, strategies and measurable targets
* Drive a common service delivery to the client in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreement
* Responsible for the client implementation plan & reviews of travel program
* Value add analysis and advice to clients & other

FCM Travel Solutions Vietnam is looking for Business Travel Consultants.

Job requirements:
• Experienced in self issue, rebook, cancel and exchange air tickets
• Advanced English speaking and writing
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Team work and loyal to your customers
• Responsible and accountable
• Good customer service level

Characteristics for this job:
• Experience in GDS systems: Sabresonic & Amadeus
• Build reports accurate in reservation system
• Maintain up to date knowledge on air fares, routings, hotels, frequent flyer programs and land transport
• Part of team rotation for 24 hour emergency assistance
• Full understanding of the travel policy and utilization for assigned clients
• Assertive, open minded and pro active
• Good time management
• Comfortable working with international clients

Working hours:
Monday – Friday – 8am – 5.30pm
Saturday – 8am – 12pm

Salary: Negotiable (heavily depending on skill sets)
Bonus: KPI related
